1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits or uses bellyweekly.com (the "site"). The site is operated by Euclid Squared Inc. ("we", "our" or "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What Belly Weekly offers

Belly Weekly offers general information about pregnancy and fertility: guides, 21 free pregnancy calculators, an interactive hospital bag checklist, a free weekly email (the Belly Weekly email) and a store. You do not need an account to use the site.

3. General information, not medical advice

Everything on the site is general information for education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from a doctor, midwife or other qualified health professional who knows your situation.

Every pregnancy is different. Please take questions about your own health, your pregnancy or your baby to your doctor or midwife, and do not ignore or delay professional advice because of something you read on the site. Using the site does not create a doctor-patient relationship or any other professional relationship.

If you think you or your baby may need urgent care, call your doctor, your hospital or your local emergency number right away.

4. Calculators and estimates

Our calculators work from the numbers you enter and from common formulas, and they give estimates only. Real pregnancies vary, so a result is not a diagnosis, a medical result or a promise. Your doctor or midwife is the right person to confirm your dates and your baby's growth. Calculators marked "just for fun", such as the gender predictors, are folk methods with no scientific basis and cannot tell you your baby's sex.

5. Store purchases

Products in our store are sold through Fourthwall. When you buy, you check out on Fourthwall's site, and Fourthwall's terms of sale, shipping and refund policies apply to your order. Product details and prices can change.

6. The Belly Weekly email

The Belly Weekly email is free. You join only after you confirm your address from the email we send, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. We may change how often it is sent, or stop sending it.

7. Acceptable use

Use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Break any law or regulation while using the site
• Try to reach parts of the site or its systems that are not public, or interfere with how the site works
• Send automated traffic that overloads the site, or copy its content in bulk with scrapers or bots
• Use the site to harass, threaten or harm anyone
• Sign up other people for the Belly Weekly email without their permission

8. Links and other services

The site links to websites and services that we do not control, including Fourthwall (which runs our store). Their own terms and policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or for how they work. Our Privacy Policy lists the services the site uses.

9. Intellectual property

The content on the site, including its text, images, video, logos and design, is owned by Euclid Squared Inc. or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may link to our pages and quote short passages with credit and a link back. Please do not copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will always be available, free of errors or up to date. To the extent the law allows, Euclid Squared Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss that results from your use of the site or from relying on its content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Euclid Squared Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site at any time.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
